INGREDIENTS
01In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add 2-3 popcorn kernels and cover with a lid. Once they pop, add the remaining kernels in an even layer. Cover and shake the pot occasionally until popping slows (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl.
02Drizzle melted butter over the popcorn while tossing to coat evenly. Sprinkle with Mighty Salt™ Garlic Umami Flavored Salt and nutritional yeast. Toss again to evenly distribute the seasoning.
03Enjoy immediately while warm!
