INGREDIENTS
01Prepare the udon noodles according to the package instructions. If using frozen noodles, blanch them in hot water for 1-2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
02Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add protein and cook until done; remove and set aside.
03Add onion and cook 2 minutes or until softened. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add bok choy, mushrooms and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
04Add udon noodles, soy sauce, Mighty Salt™ Original Umami Flavored Salt, oyster sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is well combined
05 Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
