INGREDIENTS
01In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, Mighty Salt™ Smoky Umami Flavored Salt, and chili garlic sauce.
02Slice the flank steak against the grain into 1/4-inch-thick strips. Add the steak slices to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (or overnight for deeper flavor).
03If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated steak slices onto the skewers, leaving about 2 inches of space on each end. Discard excess marinade.
04Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, until the beef is charred on the edges and cooked to your liking.
05Serve the grilled beef kebabs hot, with a favorite dipping sauce on the side. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy.
