INGREDIENTS
01Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water before draining.
02Make the Sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Season with Mighty Salt™ Garlic Umami Flavored Salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
03Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add lemon zest and lemon juice. Toss in cooked pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
04Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Enjoy immediately!
