INGREDIENTS
01Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, taco seasoning, and Mighty Salt™ Original Umami Flavored Salt. Cook for 7-9 minutes, until no longer pink, stirring and breaking up the meat as it cooks.
02Assemble the crunch wraps: Cut 1 tortilla into quarters, set aside. Arrange 1 tostada in the center of each tortilla. Evenly top each tostada with shredded cheese, ground beef, lettuce and tomato, leaving about a 3 inch border on the tortilla. Place the quartered tortillas in the center then, fold the sides of the tortilla into the center to seal.
03Add the oil to the skillet and heat over medium heat. In batches add the crunch wraps to the pan, seam side down. Cook 1-2 minutes, until browned. Flip and repeat with the other side. Repeat with remaining crunch wraps.
04Cut in half and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
