01In medium saucepan, combine pulled pork, BBQ sauce, Mighty Salt™ Smoky Umami Flavored Salt and black pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly caramelized
02Make the Slaw: In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Mighty Salt™ Smoky Umami Flavored Salt, and black pepper together. Add coleslaw mix and toss well until evenly coated. Set aside.
03Heat a skillet over medium heat and spread butter on the inside of the buns. Place buttered sides down and toast for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.
04Layer BBQ shredded meat onto the bottom bun. Add the brisket slices on top. Pile on the creamy slaw. Add pickles, then place the top bun on and enjoy!
