What You'll Need

INGREDIENTS

  • For the Fries:
  • Check 1 bag frozen French fries (your favorite brand)
  • Check 1 tsp Mighty Salt™ Garlic Umami Flavored Salt

  • For the Steak:
  • Check 2 (8 oz) ribeye or New York strip steaks
  • Check 1 tbsp Mighty Salt™ Garlic Umami Flavored Salt
  • Check ½ tsp black pepper
  • Check 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Check 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Check 2 garlic cloves, smashed
  • Check 1 sprig fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)

  • Garlic Butter Sauce:
  • Check 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Check ½ tsp Mighty Salt™ Garlic Umami Flavored Salt
  • Check 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley

01Bake or air-fry frozen fries according to package instructions. Once crispy, toss with Mighty Salt™ Garlic Umami Seasoning Salt.


02Pat steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides with Mighty Salt™ Garlic Umami Flavored Salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side (for medium-rare). Reduce heat, add butter, garlic, and rosemary. Spoon the melted butter over the steaks for 1-2 minutes. Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.


03Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Mix melted butter with Mighty Salt™ Garlic Umami Flavored Salt and parsley.


04Drizzle garlic butter over the steak. Serve with seasoned fries on the side. Enjoy!
