INGREDIENTS
01Bake or air-fry frozen fries according to package instructions. Once crispy, toss with Mighty Salt™ Garlic Umami Seasoning Salt.
02Pat steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides with Mighty Salt™ Garlic Umami Flavored Salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side (for medium-rare). Reduce heat, add butter, garlic, and rosemary. Spoon the melted butter over the steaks for 1-2 minutes. Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
03Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Mix melted butter with Mighty Salt™ Garlic Umami Flavored Salt and parsley.
04Drizzle garlic butter over the steak. Serve with seasoned fries on the side. Enjoy!
