INGREDIENTS
01 Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
02Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and rub with minced garlic.
03Spread the sliced tomatoes evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with Mighty Salt™ Original Umami Flavored Salt and black pepper. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese
04 Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
05Remove from the oven and immediately top with fresh basil leaves. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for a little heat (optional). Cut and enjoy!
